These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services offered by Bhavya Design Print through this website (“Site”).

By browsing this Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Bhavya Design Print, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Designs and Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, layouts, illustrations, product concepts, text, and other creative materials displayed on this website are the property of Bhavya Design Print or are used with appropriate permission.

These designs and materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used in whole or in part without prior written permission from Bhavya Design Print.

Requests for changes or customisation to an original design may be accommodated subject to feasibility. Please contact us before placing your order if you require any customisation.

2. Customer-Supplied Content and Copyright

Bhavya Design Print is not responsible for verifying whether any wording, poems, hymns, readings, quotations, photographs, artwork, logos, or other content supplied by a customer infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licences, permissions, or consents to use any content supplied to Bhavya Design Print for printing or production.

By providing content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content and authorise us to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

The customer agrees to indemnify Bhavya Design Print against claims arising from the customer’s unauthorised use of third-party content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Promotions and Discounts

Bhavya Design Print reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, discount, promotional code, or special offer at any time, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

4. Orders and Payment

Once your order has been completed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation or other notification.

Where a balance remains outstanding, the full outstanding amount must be paid before the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bhavya Design Print reserves the right to delay dispatch until all applicable payments have been received.

5. Product Availability

All products and services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw products or services at any time.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been accepted, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the affected order or unavailable item.

6. Custom Orders and Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade or customised.

Because of the nature of handmade and customised production, slight variations in colour, texture, placement, size, finish, or other details may occur.

Such minor variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and will not normally be considered defects.

Any requested customisation is subject to production feasibility and may affect the price and/or production time.

7. Proofs and Customer Approval

Where a design proof, artwork proof, digital preview, or other approval is provided to the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully checking all details before approving the proof.

This includes, where applicable:

Names
Dates
Addresses
Spelling
Numbers
Contact details
Wording
Colours
Quantities
Design elements

Once a proof has been approved by the customer, production may begin.

Bhavya Design Print will not normally be responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof and were not subsequently reported before production, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

8. Damage, Missing Items, and Order Discrepancies

We take reasonable care when packing orders to minimise the risk of damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery and, where possible, within 24 hours of receipt.

For damaged packages or products, please provide photographs of:

The outer packaging
Any visible damage
The damaged product
Any relevant shipping label

This information may be required to help us investigate the issue with the courier or delivery provider.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, correction, refund, or other suitable remedy in accordance with applicable law.

9. Delivery and Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, customisation requirements, destination, courier, and other circumstances.

Customers are advised to check the estimated production and delivery time before placing an order, particularly when an order is required for a specific event or deadline.

If you have a specific required delivery date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise whether the requested timeframe is feasible.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a customer’s preferred date unless that date has been expressly confirmed by Bhavya Design Print in writing.

10. Delays Caused by the Customer

Bhavya Design Print will not be responsible for production or dispatch delays caused by circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

Delayed approval of proofs
Delayed responses to our communications
Incorrect or incomplete information
Incorrect delivery address
Failure to provide required artwork or content
Delayed payment
Failure to provide required approvals or instructions

Where such delays occur, the estimated production or delivery date may need to be adjusted accordingly.

11. Delays Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Bhavya Design Print will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Floods
Fire
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Strikes or labour disruptions
Transport disruptions
Courier or logistics delays
Network or infrastructure failures
Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and complete or dispatch the order as soon as reasonably possible.

Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to such circumstances, we will discuss the available options with the customer, subject to applicable law.

12. Local Collection

Local collection may be available from our premises by appointment only.

Customers wishing to collect an order should contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.

13. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request.

Please contact us before placing an international order for shipping availability and a quotation.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Product Labels

Bhavya Design Print may place its company label, branding, or identification mark on the back or other appropriate area of a product.

If you require the company label to be removed, please inform us before placing or confirming your order.

Removal of the label may not be possible after production has started.

15. Promotional Use of Designs and Orders

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bhavya Design Print may use photographs or images of completed stationery, products, designs, or finished orders for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.

We will take reasonable care to avoid displaying sensitive personal information such as full addresses or contact details.

However, names, initials, event dates, wedding dates, or other visible details appearing on the finished product may be visible in promotional photographs.

If you do not wish your order to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us before placing your order or before production is completed.

We will respect such requests where reasonably practicable.

16. Child Safety

Some products may contain small embellishments, decorative elements, or components that may present a choking hazard to young children.

Such products are not intended to be used as children’s toys.

Please keep products containing small parts or embellishments away from young children.

17. Ownership of Goods

Where payment for an order remains outstanding, ownership of the goods may remain with Bhavya Design Print until the outstanding amount has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Most communication with customers will normally take place by email.

You may also contact us by telephone or mobile where applicable.

If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message or contact us by text message or email, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to process their orders.

This includes, where applicable:

Name
Address
Contact information
Product details
Quantity
Wording
Artwork
Personalisation details
Delivery information

Please carefully review all information before submitting or approving an order.

20. Refunds, Replacements, and Corrections

If there is a problem with your order, including a manufacturing defect, incorrect item, or damage during delivery, please contact us promptly.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction, refund, or other suitable remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

21. Preferred Delivery Dates

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing the order to confirm whether the required production and delivery schedule is feasible.

Placing an order without confirming a specific delivery date does not constitute a guarantee that the order will arrive by your preferred date.

Bhavya Design Print will not be responsible for losses arising solely because an order was required by an unconfirmed preferred date, subject to applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

Bhavya Design Print reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this Site with the relevant “Last Updated” date.

The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.

23. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
